Create space on a sideline inbounds play. 3 is your inbounder, and 1 is your target. If 1 is unavailable, 2 becomes the inbounder's relief valve.

Basic Isolation. The 1 takes his man 1 on 1 while the rest of the players perform a screen on the side they are on. The 5 will screen for the 3 and 2 will screen for the 4. The 4 will then cut off the screen for a potential pass for a layup if the 1 needs. There is also a kick out man which would be the 3 who could shoot it or drive as well.
