Several Rules are introduced here:
If ball goes to the top of the key, passer should always down screen.If a basket cut is made, cutter should pop to a corner.

Shell drill is a foundational team defense exercise. This variation plays 4v4, where the offense sets up in a 4-out, no post. The offense is not allowed to dribble. The objective is to improve defensive communication, team defense spacing and "jumping to the pass". Emphasize the defense always being in the passing lanes.
