The initial action to get into a triangle offense. Start with a feed to your ball-side post. Your ball-side wings will both cut through as your first option for a lay-up.

Basic Isolation. The 1 takes his man 1 on 1 while the rest of the players perform a screen on the side they are on. The 5 will screen for the 3 and 2 will screen for the 4. The 4 will then cut off the screen for a potential pass for a layup if the 1 needs. There is also a kick out man which would be the 3 who could shoot it or drive as well.
